1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using AI Interview Preparation Studio ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of service
AI Interview Preparation Studio provides AI-powered interview preparation tools including question generation, mock interview sessions, STAR answer coaching, and feedback scoring. The Service is provided by Focus AI Studio, United Kingdom.
3. Accounts
You must sign in via Google OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Passes and payments
The Service offers a free tier and paid passes (Starter Pass, 7-Day Sprint, 14-Day Prep, 30-Day Hunt). Passes are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Time-limited passes expire after the stated number of days. The Starter Pass expires when all usage limits are exhausted. All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are displayed in GBP for UK and international users, and INR for users in India. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@aiinterviewstudio.com within 7 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue that prevents use of the Service.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: - Use the Service for any unlawful purpose - Attempt to reverse engineer or copy the Service - Share your account with others - Use automated tools to access the Service - Submit content that is offensive, defamatory, or harmful - Attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment requirements
6. AI-generated content
The Service uses AI to generate interview questions, feedback, and answer suggestions. AI-generated content is provided for preparation purposes only and does not constitute professional careers advice. We do not guarantee that any question generated will appear in a real interview, or that feedback scores will accurately predict interview performance.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Focus AI Studio. You retain ownership of any answers or content you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process your submitted content for the purpose of providing the Service.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Focus AI Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the pass in question.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
